I was tasked with creating character artwork alongside a new costume based on an animation-stylised artist's character. I found that translating the exaggerated features into semi-realism created a quite distinct face. Her features are perhaps not conventionally beautiful, but I feel she looks unique and the client seemed to really like that.

In terms of the costume, I saw the client used an eye symbol throughout her original sketches, and I focused to channel this into the language of the accessories. Produced for 'MamaWicked' via Deviantart.
